Not satisfied with the product you purchased?
Doesn’t the speaker sound at home like in the store, maybe you want a different color? For selected products marked with the logo, Octogon Audio offers a 30-day exchange guarantee to its customers to avoid similar cases!
All you have to do is keep the packaging and accessories of the product and notify us by e-mail within 30 days of purchase.
Under the 30-day exchange guarantee, you are free to choose:
- a similar product from another manufacturer
- a product from the same manufacturer in a different color
- or a completely different product, eg you want to replace the speaker with an amplifier
The 30-day exchange warranty does not apply to the following products:
- unpacked software, Blu-ray discs, CDs
- unpacked liquids, eg. record cleaning fluid
- phono cartridges and their accessories, eg. replacement needles
- earphones
- custom made cables
If you wish to return the purchased product under the replacement warranty, please do so in complete, undamaged packaging with all accessories for the product. Please do not write or stick anything on the packaging, nor do you allow it to do so by the courier. Please wrap the carton in a simple household wrap.
IMPORTANT: the 30-day exchange guarantee does not affect your 14-day right of withdrawal under the law, which applies to contracts concluded in absentia!
